Information Systems Manager, Technical Infrastructure

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for someone to manage the Technical Infrastructure delivery, help desk support and customer service functions within our Information System (IS) Department.

The successful candidate will be based in our office in Ho Chi Minh City, reporting directly to our Global Technology Services (GTS) team based in Manila, with dotted line responsibly to the Head of IS, Vietnam and Thailand.

The candidate will be responsible for the Vietnam Market, however in conjunction with GTS, they will also work with other Philip Morris affiliates including Thailand to deliver truly global solutions.

Key activities of the job are:
- Plan and manage the delivery of the technical Infrastructure requirements for our head office and multiple sales locations.
- Understand and promote the IS Service delivery model and IS processes needed to support the business requirements.
- Deliver an efficient and effective help desk function to manage user request fulfillment and deliver efficient and effective support to 250+ users and 500+ salesmen.
- Mange the activities of our contractors delivering the help desk, end user computing, and sales reporting support.
- Drive continuous improvement in all services.

The ideal candidate should have:
- 5 – 8 years’ of IS experience with 3 years in leadership roles
- Working experience in multinational companies would be highly regarded
- Technology / Infrastructure support experience
- Service Management Experience
- English proficiency
